Four. More. Years.

America has spoken.

It may have been tight at the end but Barack Obama was re-elected as President of the United States. In an election which many thought might be too close to call, the people decided to give the President a second term to accomplish what he started.

The popular vote margin was not as big as its was four years ago when the President won with a message of hope. And yet, with Florida not even called due to the slow counting process, the projections went for the president.

Some joked afterwards that maybe Florida itself should think of retiring soon.

In his well (as usual) written acceptance speech, the President acknowledged that there was lots of work to be done and that the best days of America were still ahead of it.

And that Americans should all work together to reach new heights. The huge crowds that gathered in Chicago outside Obama campaign headquarters were cheerful listening to the rousing speech.
