Messi does it again.
He scored an injury time winner to save Argentina the embarrassment of failing to score against a highly resilient Iran side which kept the highly fancied Argentines at bay for more than 90 minutes.
And it was a lovely goal to. He curled it in with his left foot past the goalkeeper.
But the performance from the Argentinians was once again not up to the standards expected of one of the favorites to win the World Cup being held in Brazil.
They supposedly have the weakest opponents in the first round of games but they have not been as impressive as expected in both of the games they played so far.
They do have a genius amongst their ranks, in the form of Lionel Messi, capable of producing magic. But they will need to step it up to maintain a serious challenge for the trophy.
